Shipping policy
Shipping Policy: We aim to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Every order is carefully packaged and dispatched from London.
Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Delivery: All UK orders are sent fully tracked via Royal Mail or DPD. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery: We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Lux Source UK. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@luxsourceuk.com or via WhatsApp and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
