Returns & Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange your order, we're happy to help. Please read the below carefully before getting in touch.


Our Policy

We offer free exchanges and store credit on all orders. To be eligible, you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). Simply reach out via email or WhatsApp with your order number and we'll get things sorted.

Please note that we do not offer cash or card refunds. All returns are processed as store credit or exchanged for an alternative item of equal value.


Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted and sale items — all sales are final
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use
  • Items returned without original tags attached
  • Items not in their original packaging

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging included. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.


How to Start a Return

Contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order at luxsource@outlook.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the next steps.
